Invitation to Racial Righteousness
On March 27-28 there is a discipleship class being held at Access Covenant Church on the west side of Houston. The work shop will be Friday evening and all day on Saturday. Participants will gain an increased awareness of issues surrounding race and ethnicity, exposure to racial and ethnic injustices that exist in our society, familiarity with the biblical basis for racial righteousness, and assistance in forming action steps for personal and communal change. Baptism and Dedication Information Meeting
On March 29 from 11:30 to Noon, Pastor Coby is having an information meeting to help people learn more about the sacrament of baptism and the celebration of baby dedication. This is an excellent opportunity for followers of Jesus who have never been baptized to learn more about the sacrament of baptism and why we make this public profession of faith. This is also an opportunity for parents of infants who either want to have their child baptized or who want to dedicate their child at a worship service. Please email Pastor Coby at Coby@ecclesiaclearlake.org if you would like to join the class. We would love to incorporate baptisms and/or dedications into our worship service on Easter.
