A couple of years ago the elders decided to build an infrastructure of leadership that allows for elders to rotate off every 3-4 years. The hope is that the rotation schedule will help our leadership stay refreshed, nurtured, and energized for the long haul. As a result, each year we anticipate an elder or two rotating off and an elder or two either being added to the team or rotating back into leadership.

This month, Pastor John is rotating off the elder board after 4 years of faithful service. This will give him more time and energy to focus on his work of developing and cultivating a thriving worship ministry at Ecclesia Clear Lake.
