Next week we will transition into the season of Lent. Lent is a season of forty days, not counting Sundays, which begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Holy Saturday. Lent is a time of repentance, fasting and preparation for the coming of Easter. It is a time of self-examination and reflection.

There are 3 thing we'd like to invite you to try this Lent:

2. We have purchased a Lenten devotional for us to use from an organization called Sanctified Art. If you would like a copy please
   email, Coby@ecclesiaclearlake.org, and he will send you one.
   
   
3. Join us on Wednesday nights at 8pm on Zoom during Lent to have a Lenten Prayer Chapel based upon practices learned from Dr. Barbara L. Peacock’s book Soul Care in African American Practice.
