Below is a summary of the church’s actual and budgeted expenses and income for 2023 so far as well as a summary for 2022. The most important column to read is the “actual” column. Our actual expenses are lower than we anticipated at this time of the year. This is mostly due to no longer paying a Lead Pastor salary (Personnel). We also changed our insurance provider which temporarily lowered our Administration fees. However, our income is also lower. Our balance sheet currently shows $171,329.82 uncommitted cash available. This will give us a little cushion as we continue to recover and rebuild as a church community.
